Natural Gas futures drooping in the domestic market on Friday as investors and Spiv exited positions in the power commodity Market tracking weak cues from abroad markets as forecasts for milder climates in the US in the coming days dimmed the demand outlook for the heating fuel. The MDA climate Services predicted heater temperatures over the Mid-US continent over the next 6 to 10 days. At the MCX, Natural gas futures for April 2014 agreement closed at Rs. 267.10 per mmBtu, losing by 1.10 %, after opening at Rs 270.20, against the previous closing price of Rs 270.10. It touched an intra-day low of Rs 265.50.
